Do you charge extra for stairs or elevators?
No. Stairs add time, so we send more movers to keep the clock short, but there’s no stair or elevator fee.
My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you send one?
Yes, usually the same day. Forward us the leasing office’s requirements and we’ll send the COI directly to them.
How long does a one-bedroom apartment move take?
Most one-bedrooms are 2–4 hours including drive time. Walkups take longer than elevator buildings.
Can you move me on the last day of the month?
Yes, but month-end books up first. Call a few days ahead if you can; if you can’t, call anyway — we often have room.
