I needed an old washing machine removed from an upstairs laundry room and a new washing machine moved upstairs and positioned in its place. The job was especially challenging because my stairlift partially obstructed the stairway, yet they handled it professionally and safely. What impressed me most was that they scheduled and completed the job in less than a week after my call, when several other companies either couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. The two young movers were kind, courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my home. They carefully maneuvered both washing machines, positioned the new one exactly where it belonged, reassembled my stairlift, and returned my furniture to its original locations. I especially appreciated how they treated my frightened cat. Before they began working, they quietly introduced themselves by letting her sniff their hands and gave her time to become comfortable with them. Their patience and kindness toward her meant a great deal to me. They completed a job that others would not attempt, and they did it with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness.
