Wesley Chapel moving questions
Do I need anything from my HOA before the move?
Sometimes. Some communities want advance notice, a gate pass for the truck, or limits on how long it can park. Check the moving section of your HOA documents, or tell us your community and we’ll tell you what to ask the management company for.
My closing date got pushed back. Can you still help?
Yes. We can move you out on your original date, put everything in a storage unit, and deliver to the new house once you close. You just book the delivery day when the date is final.
How is the price worked out?
It comes down to the size of the home, how many floors there are at each end, the distance, and any heavy pieces. You get a written estimate before move day, with the hourly rate and truck fee spelled out.
Can you move a safe or piano upstairs?
Yes. Tell us the size or model and the room it’s going to. For heavy safes going to a second floor, send a photo of the staircase and landing so we can plan the carry and bring the right equipment.
Do you go out to Zephyrhills, Dade City and San Antonio?
Yes. We cover all of Pasco County plus north Hillsborough, and we take moves anywhere in Florida.
Are you insured?
We carry $1,000,000 in general liability coverage and a $50,000 bond. If your HOA or a commercial landlord asks for a certificate of insurance, we’ll send one over.
