Same-Day Movers in Wesley Chapel
Most short-notice calls we get from Wesley Chapel have to do with a closing: the builder pushed the date, the buyer wants in early, or the walkthrough found something and the keys are a week late. Call and we’ll work out a plan that day, whether that’s a full move or a load into storage.
Moving out before the new house is ready
New construction in Epperson, Wiregrass Ranch, Union Park and the newer sections of Meadow Pointe runs on the builder’s schedule. You might have to leave your rental or sell your old house before you have keys to the new one.
For that gap, we load your home on the date you have to be out and put it into a storage unit or a portable container. When you close, we deliver it to the new house. Items you need in the meantime, like clothes, a TV and a mattress, can go into a separate pile and be dropped off wherever you’re staying.
Gates, HOAs and apartment offices
Guard gates
Seven Oaks, Meadow Pointe, Estancia and other gated communities need the truck on a visitor list. Add “Merit and Muscle Movers” when you call the gate or update your resident app, so the truck isn’t stuck at the entrance.
HOA move rules
Some associations limit when a box truck can park in the street. On a same-day move there’s no time to ask permission, so send us the rule and we’ll park and load around it.
Apartment move-outs
Complexes along SR 56 and Bruce B. Downs often book the move-out inspection right after your lease ends. We load first and leave the unit empty so you can sweep before the walkthrough.
The same move, just sooner
- Master mover leading the crew
- Stair rails wrapped and runners down on two-story homes
- Furniture padded and shrink-wrapped
- Beds and tables taken apart and put back together
- $1M general liability coverage and a $50,000 bond
No extra charge for the rush
Local moves are billed hourly for the crew plus a flat truck fee, and that doesn’t change when you call the same day, on a weekend or on a holiday. Tell us what’s moving and we’ll give you an estimated total before you book.
If the move includes a storage stop, the estimate covers both legs, so the second delivery doesn’t come as a surprise.
Wesley Chapel same-day questions
My closing got pushed back. Can you hold my things?
Yes. We load on the day you have to be out, put everything into a storage unit or container, and deliver once you have keys. You choose the delivery date when the closing is set.
Do you charge more for same-day or weekend moves?
No. The hourly rate and truck fee are the same whether you book weeks ahead or call that morning.
Can you get through my community’s gate?
Yes, as long as the truck is on the visitor list. Add Merit and Muscle Movers through the gate or your resident app before we arrive.
Do you cover Zephyrhills, Land O’ Lakes and New Tampa on short notice?
Yes. Our Wesley Chapel crews cover all of Pasco County and north Hillsborough, including New Tampa and Lutz.
