1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of moveswithmuscle.com and the moving, packing, labor, and junk removal services provided by Merit & Muscle LLC, doing business as Merit and Muscle Movers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial moving services, packing services, moving labor, specialty item moving, and junk removal throughout the Tampa Bay area. Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of each job are set out in the written moving agreement or estimate you receive before your service date, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Quotes, Booking, and Payment
Final charges may differ from an estimate if the actual job differs from what was described, such as additional items, extra stops, stairs, long carries, or added time. You agree to provide accurate information about your move and to pay all charges due under your moving agreement. Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of booking.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, or by otherwise giving us express consent, you agree to receive text messages from Merit and Muscle Movers about your moving or junk removal service. Messages may include quote confirmations, scheduling and booking confirmations, appointment reminders, dispatch and arrival updates, customer service replies, and post-service follow-ups.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your service.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us using the contact information below.

Consent not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You can request a quote or book a service by phone or email without opting in to text messages.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false information, interfere with the website’s operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Website content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Merit & Muscle LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for loss of or damage to property during a move is governed by your written moving agreement and applicable Florida law.
