How our crews are built
We started as a crew of college athletes — strong, fast, and careful, and the reason we hit 800 moves with a 5.0 rating. What we’ve added is experience. Every master mover we hire has spent at least five years moving homes professionally before they put on our shirt. They’ve loaded thousands of trucks, moved pianos down spiral staircases, and packed china that made it across the country.
On a Merit and Muscle job, the master mover is the crew lead. They walk the home first, plan the load, decide what gets crated versus wrapped, and handle the pieces that matter most. Our college-athlete movers work under their direction — the muscle for the sectional, the stairs, and the fifth trip to the truck.
